Urulu Cannonau of Sardinia DOC has a ruby red color, intense aromas of berries, with spicy notes and balsamic accents. On the palate it is warm, well structured, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, which make it very harmonious. The finish is sapid and persistent. Wine for first courses with full-bodied sauces, roast meats and well-matured cheeses.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classification: Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C.

Grapes: Cannonau 95%, Monica, Carignano, Bovale 5%.

Origin: the grapes come from the valleys of Locoe and Sorasi and from the high lands of "Sa Lacana", in the countryside of Orgosolo.

The small vineyards, lying on gentle hills, are cultivated directly by the members and, thanks to the healthiness of the places, require limited antiparasitic interventions.

Yield: 35 quintals per hectare.

Alcohol content: 15% Vol.

Evolutionary potential: 10 years

Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night. This gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate and an intense, floral bouquet. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and fresh soft cheeses.
