Azienda Agricola Deias

The olive groves of the Deias farm cultivate the precious cultivar "NERA DI GONNOS", one of the few dual-purpose varieties. Olives in natural brine are obtained using the traditional brine system (using only two ingredients: water and salt). The "Scabecciu style" olives, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil Deas, natural aromas and spices, including dried tomato, oregano.

Le olive, dopo la fase di fermentazione naturale, vengono condite con spezie ed erbe aromatiche locali, sino a conferire un gusto unico da assaporare direttamente come antipasti e contorni o anche da utilizzare come condimenti ed impreziosire piatti a base di carne e pesce.
