Grape varieties: Local indigenous grapes

Production area: Lower Tirso valley, Sinis peninsula

Qualification: Specially selected Vernaccia grapes were used to craft this elegant tank-fermented sparkling wine. On the fresh palate a refined continuous perlage underscores fresh white fruit and hints of flowers

Appearance: Brilliant and vibrant in colour, with a fine, persistent bead

Aroma: The elegant nose opens on floral and fruity tones that lead into a salty close

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night.
