From grapes grown at the foot of Mount Limbara comes Rías, a Vermentino di Gallura DOCG strong and intense as the environment from which it comes. Young and fresh wine, vinified in steel containers at controlled temperature to maintain the primary aromas of the vine. This Vermentino has a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, intense aromas, fruity and floral notes. Long, savoury and persistent taste. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, combined with seafood or fish dishes.

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night. This gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate and an intense, floral bouquet. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and fresh soft cheeses.

It is the name by which the British define traditional beer. High fermentation beer with plenty of foam and moderate alcohol content. ALE, complex, old gold coloured with copper reflections and full bodied, is distinguished by its extraordinary balance between malt flavours and citrus/fruity scents of English hops. A wonderful beer that identifies the great passion of the brewer Dolmen.

Guttiau Bread was born from the ancient custom of seasoning "carasau" bread with olive oil or condiments released by sausages during cooking over a fire. Azzesu is an intense, fresh and persistent wine with a straw-yellow colour, golden reflections and an ample bouquet with floral and finely mineral hints, which blend in the freshness of the taste persistence. Azzesu is born in completely basaltic soils on top of a volcano at 730 meters above sea level. This Vermentino is absolutely an original wine: the beginning of a new era in the wine panorama of Sardinia.
