Thàlei is a DOC red wine made from Bovale, Cannonau, Monica and other local viticultural biodiversity. It is an intense ruby red wine, tending to garnet red with ageing, with an intense, fresh and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is sapid, full and appropriately tannic, with good structure. It goes perfectly with roasts, game and cheeses with a strong and spicy taste.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classification: Mandrolisai DOC

Grapes: Bovale, Cannonau, Monica and other local viticultural biodiversity

Vinification: after careful selection of the grapes, fermentation of about 7-10 days at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation takes place. Maturation follows for 18 months in 10 and 30 hl French oak barrels. Refinement in bottle for several months

Production area: Ortueri, Mandrolisai.

Production per hectare: 40 quintals

Type of harvest: manual selection, last week of September for Bovale, first decade of October for Cannonau, Monica and other grapes.

Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night. This gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate and an intense, floral bouquet. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and fresh soft cheeses.
