Young and fresh wine, vinified in steel containers at controlled temperature to maintain the primary aromas of the vine. This Vermentino has a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, intense aromas, fruity and floral notes. Long, savoury and persistent taste. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, combined with seafood or fish dishes.

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night. This gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate and an intense, floral bouquet. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and fresh soft cheeses.

It is the name by which the British define traditional beer. High fermentation beer with plenty of foam and moderate alcohol content. ALE, complex, old gold coloured with copper reflections and full bodied, is distinguished by its extraordinary balance between malt flavours and citrus/fruity scents of English hops.
